Our newly built unit is located within a private and peaceful family compound, 4 minutes away from downtown area. It's a cozy space perfect for a small group of friends or small family.

The guest house is an air-conditioned, fully furnished space with a queen bed and a sofa bed. A cable television and dedicated wifi has also been installed. We can also provide a floor mattress that fit 2. Also, a four sitter dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, (no oven) a microwave oven, cooking utensils, frying and sause pans, cutlery, plates, a pitcher, glasses and mugs. We also have a water heater, a rice cooker and a refrigerator with a freezer that can hold a three day supply of frozen goods. We will provide you with two bottles of purified drinking water and a couple sachets of instant coffee for free on arrival day. Our smallish bathroom is equipped with a hot shower. There is an automatic laundry machine which you may avail for a fee, a hang drying area is also accessible. Parking space is ample in the premises.
Check in is at 2:00pm to 8:00pm. If you are planning on checking in later than 8:00pm, please discuss this prior to booking. We prefer to leave guests to enjoy the place with no interruption, but we will be available to help you with any issues or requests.
Early check-in's and late check outs are possible upon request.
A caretaker is available to sweep through the guest house and empty bins only upon request. We can arrange for public transport upon advance request. A compact SUV may also be available for airport pickup with two days prior notice for PHP 300.
