Marysvale is a great little town nestled in the mountains. Our establishment is located on Highway 89.
We offer a great little place to stay while you are in Marysvale enjoying the Paiute ATV Trails, hiking, river rafting, family vacation, or just traveling on Highway 89. This is a great spot for your vacation; only three hours from Salt Lake, and three and a half hours from Las Vegas!

Our establishment is a family owned business that was built in the 1950s. The rooms have been renovated, but the exterior still looks like it did in 1955!
Each room has a private bath, microwave, small refrigerator, television, table and two chairs, and heat/air. Towels, bedding, shampoo, and soap are provided. We have an ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee pot upon request.

The beds are comfy, the room is cozy, and we keep the rooms clean. We strive to make your visit comfortable!

There is a City Park behind our Motel. This is a great place to take a walk, have a picnic, let the kids play at the playground. You might see some deer while you are there!
It is safe to walk around our little town, and enjoy the country life.

I’ve lived in South Central Utah my whole life. My husband and I feel very fortunate to live in such a beautiful area and state.
My parents bought Marysvale Motel 4-U in the mid 1950s. Our Motel has living quarters, so I lived my young life here until I left to go to college and got married.
I returned to Marysvale and the motel in 2003 after my mother passed away.
I love that I am doing what my mother loved to do. She loved her home, and her little motel. It’s healing to my soul that I can continue what my parents started, and that I can carry on their legacy by meeting new people, serving our guests as well as our community.
