Enjoy Brighton from the comfort of our modern and cosy Victorian home. The house offers a large living space, fully equipped kitchen and sunny garden with comfortable seating area. We are happy to accommodate up to 4 guests. Please let us know who is staying as we can either arrange one king and one double bed or one king and two singles. We have two children so there are toys, as well as board games. There are some great parks, cafes and pubs close by.

Alternatively we can arrange our fourth bedroom as a double bed to accommodate another couple. Parking is free on a Saturday and Sunday. If you require a permit Monday to Friday, you can request one for an extra charge of £2.50 per day. Access to wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker. TV comes with Netflix and Sky channels, including Sky premier football. Private garden.

Approx. 25 minutes walk into town. Plenty of bus routes to different parts of Brighton easily accessible from nearby bus stops. Friendly local pub offering excellent food 2 minutes walk away, with a newly renovated beer garden and children's menu. Sainsbury's Local and Co-op also close by.

As someone who enjoys the outdoors, I love living in Brighton as there's so much to do in the surrounding area: from walking on the South Downs to cycling round the wonderful Sussex countryside. Having two young boys, it is great living near the seaside and the city has so much more to offer.
