Next to waterfront in the heart of Falmouth, a spacious, airy and sunny duplex loft style apartment with south west facing private balcony. Secure entrance, lift and allocated parking. Discovery Quay wraps around Events Square and includes the National Maritime Museum and a fine collection of restaurants, cafes and shops. All next to a marina with its ever changing activity and the bustle of Falmouth's harbour.

The apartment is on second and third floors. There is lift access to the enclosed communal courtyard on second floor.
The private entrance from courtyard leads into spacious entrance hall and stair case. Main bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite shower, second bedroom with twin beds and separate bathroom, including shower are both on this lower floor. Ample wardrobe and drawer storage to both main rooms. Smart television to both.
Up the staircase the top floor, being essentially open plan, takes advantage of the high ceilings and windows and opens out to lounge area at one end, with dining table at the other. TV is smart wifi connected.
Two doors lead out to the covered balcony, facing south west and giving pleasant long views out over the town.
A fully fitted kitchen with all amenities including a 6 burner range, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine is adjacent to and open plan to the dining area.
There is a wc/ cloakroom also on this upper level.
Underfloor heating, radiators and towel rails keep the apartment cosy all year round.
The private parking space is a couple of minutes walk away. We issue you a permit for your stay.

In addition there are various food fairs, Sea shanty festivals and the like but Maritime Loft faces away from Events Square, so although bustling below the apartment does not have full impact and concerts / gigs are finished by 11 30. Semi retired couple living close to the apartment that is for holiday rent. We love Falmouth and are blessed to have 4 grandchildren living in the town . We enjoy welcoming visitors and want them to have a good break.

We live about 5 minutes drive from the apartment and are more that happy to meet and greet and also quite happy for guests to let themselves in and explore in their own time.
We are there to help and wish to be aware of any problem with the accommodation and also give any lowdown on Falmouth. At least as we see it :-)
