This spacious villa is situated on the coastal road of Pointe d'Esny . 10 mins away from the historical town of Mahebourg and 5 mins away from the Blue bay nature reserve .
On the South East coast of Mauritius . Villa Fleur De Canne is a spacious , attractive , self catering villa with a big swimming pool. From the villa to the sea is only a short walk of 100meters to the pathway that leads you to the most beautiful beautiful private beach where you ca enjoy all year round good weather .

Electric Water purifier with four filters . Monthly company maintained for pure drinkable water. No more trips to the supermarket with hundreds of plastic bottles.
All necessary crockery , cutlery, glasses, & utensils .
The veranda is fully equipped with furniture, eating space & authentic Mauritian blinds for your comfort .
The garden and swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis.

Serviced four hours a day five days a week by FIFI our house maid who has been with us for 15 years ( 9 am- 1 pm ) excluding weekends & public holidays ( but possible on request )
As from November 2018 we have hired a full time cook & comes free with the house She is fantastic especially with Mauritian cooking . You go and buy the food and whilst you relax on the beach FiFi will cook your meal . She will work from 9am to 1pm on week days but can be arranged to work weekends and public holidays at your own cost.
24/7 alarm system with reaction force.
Fisherman can deliver daily the fresh catch of the day to your doorstep.
Vegetable farmer can daily deliver fresh vegetables to your door step .
Tours , Kite surfing, boat tours , diving , fishing etc can easily be arranged .
Kite school & Foiling school ( probably the best in Mauritius ) situated 200 meters away .

Our neighbourhood is very peaceful . Pointe d'Esny is fortunate as we so far have been excluded from big hotels and hundreds of tourists resulting that the price of the daily catch of fish and the vegetables are very reasonable & that our wide beach With its crystal clear waters are empty of large crowds .
The locals are very pleasant ( old style ) .The historical town of Mahebourg is just ten minutes by car or bus away . Mahebourg has a beautiful authentic fresh produce market . On Every Monday Mahebourg hosts a Market Day where the vendors come from all over the island come to sell their wares .
If you want to get away from big crowds and hotels to relax in a magnificent setting come to Point d'Esny . That's why guests that come to Mauritius only come back to Pointe d'Esny time and time again & will go nowhere else on the island .
