The unit is located by the main road. There are plenty of public transportation around and ride-sharing vehicles are readily available.
Our neighbors are filled with nice people, they usually mind their own business but they often are very helpful. The area is not a 'touristy' type location, but it's pretty close and easy to get to pretty much most tourist spots in the city.
We have lived here for a while now and never had anything bad or serious happen. But even though this is the case, we still encourage our guests to always take precaution, such as take your belongings with you and don't leave it in the car. We can assure you though that our place will be a safe place for you to stay :)

I'm a housewife, lives in Philadelphia, PA. I mostly try to stay busy as much as I can, baking, cooking, socializing, volunteer and many others. My sons will mostly take care of the Airbnb hosting, so no need to be alarmed when you don't talk to me. :) My favorite things to do are, well, I just said it.. :) baking, cooking, socializing with close friends, helping others and hosting you! When you stay in my place, I will make sure you feel at home. If you ever have any issue though, do let me know, I will definitely make sure it's taken care of. Looking forward to have you here :)

You will occupy the entire floor in first floor of our beautiful townhouse. It's on the lower part of the house, a basement, if you will. The suite is setup like a studio, has private entrance, private bathroom and private kitchen. You will occupy the floor by yourself, everything is for you and your love ones.
There's a stair connected to upstairs where we live, but the door is locked at all time. If you feel more comfortable, we have provided a bar lock for our guest to lock the door from your side. The space is pretty much all yours when you stay here.
A safety camera is installed for security purpose only, located above the desk, facing main door and kitchen. No other camera is installed. This is mainly for pre-caution and security purpose. I hope you can understand. :)
The security camera will be activated (recording) on motion detection.
If there's anything you need, please don't be hesitate to reach, text or Airbnb message, I'll make sure you have all you need.
