This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a midcentury building in the historic West Village, Detroit. The building has a charming midcentury feel and the apartment was furnished with this in mind. The apartment itself can welcome up to 4 guests, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on a sleeper couch in the living room. Please note the bedroom is very private but is not closed by a door. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated, and the apartment is equipped with a AC unit for the warm summer days. Wifi is available and one free parking space is included in your stay!

I have an automatic lock set up for self access at your own convenience. I will be available for recommendations or help if needed, otherwise I'll let you enjoy your private stay!
Guests can access the apartment any time after 4pm. Access instructions are typically sent the day of your stay after cleaning has been completed and the space is ready.

Heat is building-wide and is adjusted automatically by management - if it ever gets to hot I typically crack a window or two.

We are also right next to Indian Village, a historic neighborhood with beautiful houses built in the early 1900s. Overall, the neighborhood is very walkable and friendly.
