The flat is well-renovated, spacious and has a really great location. It is at the heart of Galata, a very popular area for both locals and tourists. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the major tramline and subway lines as well as the Karakoy ferry port. It is also very close to İstiklal Street and Taxim. There are plenty of places to go and things to do even late at night, yet the flat is located on a rather quiet side street.

The 80 m2 flat is located in a 2nd-degree historical building with high ceilings. It has been renovated and is in great condition. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (better suited for light cooking due to insufficient ventilation), a marble bathroom and a tiny room with a laundry machine. The living & dining areas overlook a garden lush with trees during the summer months. The bedroom is on the other side of the flat. The flat is located on the first floor (above the entrance) of the building. There are a bunch of plants and one aquarium in the living area. NOTE: The living room with the sofa-bed does not have a door.

Guests can use the entire flat, including the dishwasher and the laundry machines. The flat has heating available during the colder months and 7/24 hot water.

Galata is the booming heart of Beyoglu, a great location for tourists and locals alike. It is 30 minutes by foot to Grand Bazaar, 20 minutes to Taksim square. It is pretty much the perfect location for visitors. Nightlife of Beyoglu is also accessible with a short walk. Istanbul Modern Museum and Pera Museum's are quite close. There is a gym 40 m from the flat which can be accessed by purchasing daily passes. There are plenty of places around to dine and drink. Many art/design galleries and fashion stores are located in Galata.
