This house is minutes to Disney, many restaurants and family-friendly attractions. You’ll definitely enjoy our 24/7 man guarded resort with club amenities such as all year round heated pools, game room, sand volleyball, playground and the neighborhood. My place is one of the largest villa in this resort that's good for couples outing, sports team, business travelers and big families (with kids).

1. Pool/spa is available for all guests but heating to 85 degree is an extra service at $50/day plus tax
2. BBQ grill can be hired at $60 plus tax for entire stay.
3. Quiet Rule: No loud music and/or excessive noise between 10 pm to 8 am enforced by local authorities/Resort.
4. Maximum cars: No more than 6 cars are allowed to enter resort and park at the villa for each group.
5. Minimum age for guest who is responsible should be >23 years old.
6. Early Check In or late Check Out can be arranged in advance per owner/manager discretion for availability at $50/Hour
