Umi is located on Boomerang Beach, in the NSW Mid North Coast, 3 hours north of Sydney.

With internal access from our massive two car garage you enter into the beautiful library where you can choose from a variety of fiction or non-fiction books or choose a board game. Climb the American oak stairs to be greeted with one of the best ocean views you have ever seen. Open up all the sliding doors to the beach, take the complimentary platter out of the fridge and perch yourself on an Adirondack chair. Watch the surfers, dolphins and whales at play whilst eating delicious local fare. Now, if that book you chose is lame or you are just feeling energetic, head down the Umi beach stairs and feel that sand between your toes and let the saltwater wash your cares away.
Rinse off in Umi's outdoor hot shower and then relax in one of the two stone Apaiser baths. Maybe someone will be helpful and light a candle for you too!
There are 3 queen size bedrooms and one bedroom with 4 beautiful bunks perfect for kids and teens (not suitable for adults) All have ceiling fans to keep you cool at night( or for that mid day nap).
In winter you can snuggle by the gas fireplace.
We have two living spaces each with a large Samsung Smart Tv with Netflix so you don't have to fight with the kids for the remote. We do also have DVDs and a DVD player.
We have a big open plan kitchen with caesarstone bench tops Smeg appliances and a large island bench for socialising whilst cooking.
Alternatively you can cook on the huge BBQ in the north facing courtyard and then dine at either the outdoor tables or the indoor dining table.
Oh .... and in case you want to do any domestic work, there is a laundry with Miele front loader washer and dryer ......and a clothes line courtyard.
We care about our environment here at Umi, so all the bathroom, kitchen and laundry products are natural and chemical free. We even wash the towels and bed linen in BONDI WASH Laundry wash. We also supply shopping bags for you to use when shopping at Blueys or Charlotte Bay supermarkets. There are way more shops at Forster which is only 20mins away if you can be bothered!
We have cafes and restaurants here at Boomerang, Blueys and Smiths Lake.

Just bring yourself, a hat, sunscreen, boogie boards and surf boards.
If you have trouble going up and down stairs then this property may not be suitable.

Boomerang Beach has been my husbands surfing spot for 50 years ( since he was 10) We have been holidaying here with our own family for 25 years. We purchased Umi in 2002 after waiting many years for the right beachfront property to come on the market . We renovated her but kept her name. It means ‘ocean’ in Japanese. We all love her.
