A furnished private bedroom waiting for a friendly FEMALE roommate. The dining area, living room, bathroom and kitchen (I like to cook and I don’t want to eat alone! ) will be shared with me. Great location, it only takes within 10min walk to the Yung Shue Wan Ferry Pier and the ferry takes 25min to Central ($600 for monthly ferry ticket)

There is a handmade tatami and also a soft beanbag sofa on it that you can lay down to enjoy the beautiful sea view and sunset in the living room. The windows of the kitchen and bathroom are also facing the sea.
In your room, there is a queen size bed with mattress and grey new rug.
房客使用權限
Your bedroom of course. And also the area that shared with me, like living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Any place you like, except my bedroom and the closet.
You can use the kitchen to cook and the fridge of course. Please clean your dishes after meal (don’t leave it overnight). Please hang to dry your clothes after laundry. We need to do the cleaning together twice a week to keep our home clean and tidy.

Warm-hearted English shop keeper downstairs. Nice pub next to my flat. Grocery and shops downstair. Best coffee of the Lamma Island just takes 30sec walk. Moreover, many nice restaurants just within 5min walk from the flat.
