WIFI available. Parking on street, shopping centre nearby, cafes and restaurants 7 Minutes, airport and CBD 15 Minutes by car. Nearby walking and cycle tracks around the river, beach within walking distance.

The flat is quite private with separate entrance, it is attached but quite separate from our home. It has reverse cycle air conditioning so warm and cosy in winter. Kitchen has microwave, fridge, toaster, Forman Grill, skillet and kettle. We still use some of the flat for storage.
