House is located on a FIRST FLOOR by stairs. It has a nice living room and dining room, two bathrooms (one en suite), kitchen and small breakfast area. A desk area with a single bed (please note this room is not completely black out in the morning). Two bedrooms with king size beds (one en suite), beds can separate into four singles.
There is a patio and a large terrace with parrilla, seating area and sun bathing area.

The House is ideally located on a first floor in a traditional Buenos Aires construction. It was recently remodeled with very good taste. It has a comfortable, spacious living dining-room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a sunny desk area, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (the master bedroom has a spacious en suite bathroom), an enchanting patio, and a lovely large terrace with a sundeck area, sun chairs,a hand shower and modern italian outdoor furniture. All outdoor areas are decorated with plants and flowers. Bedrooms do not overlook the street, they are located further inside the construction, which makes them great to enjoy the quietness and peace Palermo also has to offer.
Guests have exclusive acces & use of the entire house, patio & terrace.
We are always available for anything our guests may need. We love to travel, therefore understand travellers needs.

I have lived in this city all my life. Love to live in this neighbourhood and in this house. Our small family enjoys making asados, football, travelling... We own several rentals in the neighbourhood and like to have happy guests (we take good care of them).
