Camp 1959 is the epitome of the Palm Springs vacation home, where lazy poolside days become lazy poolside evenings with ease! Extremely private, with the home's outdoor areas situated behind frosted glass doors with walled and hedge perimeter, guests will enjoy the properties stunning unobstructed mountain views from multiple vantage points. At heart a true 1959 Meiselman, Camp 1959 features 1,500 square feet of indoor living space. Signature Meiselman details can be seen through the home, including the clerestory windows, abundant glass facing the pool, tongue and groove ceilings, and Galley Kitchen layout. French doors open into the great room, with the dining area just to the right- the open concept floor plan makes this getaway ideal for entertaining guests. The great room features an HDTV, a gas fireplace, a sofa, and dual armchairs providing comfortable seating for reading, conversation, or TV viewing. The media system features a turntable with a collection of vinyl, as well as iPod integration to set the mood for each evening. When it is time to retire for the night, the casitas on the property will give each guest their own piece of paradise!

The best attractions and charming areas of Palm Springs will be just around the corner, as this home sits in a quiet neighborhood less than two miles from the downtown core. Meander along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find delicious restaurants, great fashion boutiques, and various museums and art galleries! When you want a bit of adventure, the trails in the area and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will both offer breathtaking views of the valley and desert landscape. A day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is always a good idea as well and sits just 35 miles from home base.

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $49/day.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
