Besides the notion that the studio basks in natural sunlight most of the day, the recently renovated self-contained apartment loft features a cosy wood-fired heater, air conditioning, a queen-size bed, NBN supported WiFi, a private balcony, off-street parking and a private entrance.

Hi there! We are a laid back bunch of four - me, my partner Bill, son Tino and pooch Lola. Work-wise we run a painting and decorating business for over a decade now and enjoy the process thoroughly. Eight years ago we had embarked on a sea change and moved from Sydney to Hobart. We cherish our decision every day and absolutely adore Bellerive so much so that we had decided to open our home to others and provide the opportunity for guests to savour and experience what this secluded corner of Tassie can offer.
