This beautiful villa is located on a hill 900 m west of the most famous beach of the island, golden beach. Ideal for families but also for those who love water sports which are available with certified trainers. The house 115m2 has a traditional architecture and it is decorated in blue and white colours. A 2-floors house with internal stairway, marble floors and ceiling fans.

Ground floor has a big living room with fireplace, a dining room, a small WC with shower and a kitchen which is fully equipped with a variety of small electrical appliances. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one main bedroom with a large double bed and a 2nd bedroom with two single beds. In between there is a small living room with a built-in sofa, which can accommodate a child.
There is also a bathroom with bathtub.All rooms have a unique view to the Aegean.
You will love the big veranda with the unlimited view to the Aegean and the sunset. Enjoy your cup of Nespresso there watching the sunrise . Amazing view, unforgettable full moon in August.
All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra bed in the bedrooms.

A big garden is surrounding the house with trees and plants. It has also an outdoor shower and a built-in BBQ where you can cook dinner and enjoy it under the full moon and summer stars in the garden or in the unique veranda.

Fly nets exist in every door and window to prevent mosquitos and small insects from entering into the house.
Cleaning service is provided once a week including change of sheets and towels.
On your arrival we will be there to welcome you at the house and guide you through the villa's premises answering any questions you might have.
We will be also there to say goodbye before your departure.
I will do my best to make you feel at home and have wonderful vacations.
