This home offers stunning Mountain and Beach views. Dolphins and seals often cruise past along the coast. The occasional whale can also be spotted for those with an eagle eye. Nestled right next to the beach with private access and still very central to the Kaikōura.
Please keep in mind this home is a classic kiwi bach that comes with some character and usual wear and tear. We believe there is still plenty of good times to be had in this home with family and friends!

The home is simple and stylish with plenty of space. A well equipped functional kitchen. Multiple living spaces, 50 inch smart TV + Netflix/Youtube/Freeview. Separate games room with a pool table, table tennis table, darts, board games etc.
Two Log fires keep the place cosy with plenty of wood stock piled. Please note: this is the only form of heating so it’s important you know how to start and maintain a fire.
A good size yard to kick a ball around or have a game of backyard cricket. Kaikōura is a fishing, diving and hunting Mecca!
This home is setup with a lock box to allow self check-in for your convenience.
If you would prefer to to check-in earlier or wish to check-out later, please let us know upon booking and if possible we’d be happy to accommodate you at a small cost ($20). Our standard check-in/out times are 3pm/10am.
There are no parties or large gathering allowed at this property.

The only form of heating for this home is two fireplaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. They heat the house to a warm and comfortable level. To heat the house accordingly it is important you know how to light and maintain a fire or follow instructions to do so. We also provide hot water bottles and extra blankets if needed.
The house is also located in close proximity to operational train tracks. You need to cross tracks to get to the beach.
Kitchen and dinning are upstairs and all bedrooms, plus bathrooms are down stairs.
There are no parties or large gathering allowed at this property.
