Coet-Stival 2 (Daou, in britton lanquage) is a freshly renovated longere. Only the walls were kept original, the rest was rebuilt from the ground up to the roof. Sharing the same property with Coet-Stival 1, the house can lodge 6 people comfortably.
The ground floor is tiled with marble, and house the living room, and a contemporary kitchen. A wooden stair leads to the 3 bedrooms on the second floor.
The master bedroom has an "ensuite" bathroom, the 2 other bedrooms share another one.
Flooring upstairs is in solid bamboo. Each bathroom is equipped with shower , toilet, and towel heater. Each bedroom is equipped with electric heater.
The first floor is heated with electric heater, and with a wood burner (insert).
Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, fridge, owen, electric cooking plate, washing machine and dryer.
The house is furnished with a mix of contemporary furniture, and country style funiture, made mostly in rattan, or solid wood.
All the cuttlery is supplied, and there are enough plates to host 10 people for diner.
The best way to reach Coet Daou , is to arrive first in Pontivy, then once in Pontivy, Coet is 10 mn drive, in the direction of stival, and Porhors.
Once in Pohrors, guests have to turn left, on the road to Malguenac, passing in front of a small chappelle. Coet Daou is on the left side of the road, 500 m after the small chappelle.
With a GPS, you have to enter "Stival", then "Coet".
The best to reach Coet Daou, is by car. Car can be easily rented from the various french airports, or train station.
The greet and meet is organised by our "green and meet" manager, Justine. She is English, but lives in France for a few years. She will welcome you upon your arrival, and help you to settle.
She is also the one that will check the house, and get the keys upon your departure.
