360 degree view of the ocean and mountain, with a big gazebo, dipping/infinity pool,long balcony overlooking the ocean....5 bedrooms,max of 15pax ,2x days for 55t for off season. There are areas that are swimable, esp when it’s high tide.....but manage your expectations, it’s definitely no Boracay.lol
We usually rent a boat and ask to be brought to a place where we can swim with corals......
Yes pls do bring beach shoes
Yes you may swim at your own risk...... but we would like people to wear vests or safety or floating devises when they do swim
It is a few steps till you get to the breakwaters, where in water is deeper but a lot of boulders , with sharp rocks.....hard to cross and go thru and from ......,..FYI

The house wc has 5 bedrooms is for rent for 55t for 2 days for off season . Maximum of 15 pax and 800 for every addtl pax. .There is a dipping pool. u can use the big gazebo, u are provided w a griller ....you have a ref, water heater for coffee ,tv w DVD player (I'll try to get cable but bring DVDs) ....there are extrA beds....

Take food that you’d like to eat.
There are small sari-sari stores near by for very basic things. The main super market in town will be 10-12 KLMs away from the house but a big supermarket just like some in Manila. You can get pretty much everything there (local products)
Once you are in the town proper, look for the directions to go to RONCO beach resort,Brgy bagong silang. Villa Beata is beside ronco. It's a house which sits on a cliff.
Or best thing to do is use waze and enter RONCO beach resort.
House rules:
1) as much as possible, not too loud as noice can be heard n other resorts
2) no running around the pool, as it is a bit slippery especially when wet.
3) we do have towels.... but Better to bring your own towels, (and bec of the pandemic)
4) small pets allowed
5) town proper is more that 10 km away so prepare a checklist of everything you need before going to the house. There is a nearby store but have only basic necessities.
6) you can ask "maricel " or ask maricel about “ate fe” (she knows where to buy lobster and shrimps)if you need food to be bought or arrange meals for you to cook.
7) The water in the beach is quite shallow not until the breakwater. I require guests to wear aqua shoes, and life vest especially if you are going to explore till the breakwater. There are areas that is swimable, esp when it’s high tide.....but manage your expectations, it’s definitely no Boracay.lol

9)The beach is a few steps down.
Calatagan is know for its shallow waters and shorelines..... unless you go to the breakwaters.
10) for wifi guest said that “smart home” works well in our property . Property is at the end so manage expectations with regards to signals
11) we suggest you bring aqua socks as the water is rich and bio diverse w sea plant and aquatic creatures....fun for kids to explore....
LGUs are protocols are unpredictable.
So we do suggest that you have permits /certificate for Covid with you at all times, and also for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.

it’s just maybe 5-10 mins drive from the house....... they have al sorts of water sport’s activities..... and water is deeper etc
7) calatagan Playa- more water sports 5-10 mins drive
Will also send contact person who can get fresh seafood for you (for a fee) look for “fe” from the caretakers

There are several restaurants in town that offers delivery Ps. Pls take note that The house is getting a bit old and because it’s exposed to all the elements, some things have broken down or a bit Dilapidated. And we can’t repair bec of Covid House is far from main town, pls bring your food or everything you need. Tnx for understanding.
