There will be a house Manager and House keeper on the premises at all times. They are available for cooking, driving, cleaning and laundry.
The staff work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with an hour lunch break each day and Saturday 8am-12pm. They do not usually work Saturday afternoon, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Should guests wish to use the staff out of these standard hours please make a request to the host and the staff. The decision to work extra hours is entirely up to the staff.
All Overtime worked by the staff will be billed to the Guests and is payable before checkout.
Overtime is charged at R115 per hour per staff member.
