2011, with bright windows all around it and a total area of 80 square meters. The
bathroom is inside the bedroom. It is located in the heart of Porto, 1 minute
walking from Trindade Metro Station and Avenida dos Aliados and 5 minutes
walking from São Bento Train Station. Ideal for 2 persons, but it has a comfortable sofa-bed in the sitting room where 1 adult or 2 children can sleep.

The apartment is full of light, mostly because of the windows all around. The bedroom's matress and the sofa bed measure 1,40x2,00m. Although it's in the center of the city, you almost don't hear the city noises with the windows closed. It is equiped with air conditioning, in the living room and in the bedroom.

Because it is located in the heart of Porto, and though it has double glazing,
one can still hear some street noise in the flat. We advise guests who are more
sensitive to the noise caused by city life (cars, ambulances, night owls) to wear
earplugs to sleep. At the moment, there are also works going on a building near the apartment street, which may cause some extra noise during the day.
The water heating system is operated by a boiler, with a 80L capacity, which
allows for three quick showers. In case of longer showers, we recommend that
you take them separately (morning / afternoon / evening), as the system needs
approximately two hours to refill the boiler with hot water, once it has run out).
Turning off the water while one applies the shampoo or the gel, for instance,
doesn’t only prevent that you run out of hot water, as it also contributes to spare
one of the most precious natural resources of our planet.
