Pool area is open daily from 6:00AM to 10:00PM only. Pool Fee is PHP 150.00 per head on regular days and PHP 300.00 per head on holidays. Fees are payable directly to Shore Residences' office. Their office is open daily from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri) and 9:00AM to 1:00PM (Sat). Gym and Function Rooms are off-limits to occupants and guests.
* No office hours on Sundays and Holidays.
* Buy your tickets in advance.
* We have limited available pool tickets. Just let us know in advance so you won't have to go to Admin's office.

# COVID-19 RELATED #
1. The Guest/Visitor shall bring a printed copy of the approved Guest Authorization Form (GAF - will be provided upon booking confirmation via email/inbox) upon arrival at the property.
2. Copy of COVID-19 negative test result within 14 days for occupants with international travel history for the past 14 days.

Note: Guests are expected to provide all needed information right after booking confirmation as registration is required.
# PARKING INFO #
There are two options for paid parking (prices may change w/o prior notice):
1. Shore has a commercial paid parking area located at the left side of the tower. Rates are as follows:
PHP50.00 - First 4 Hours
PHP50.00 - Every Hour after or a fraction thereof
PHP300.00 - Overnight Fee (After 1:30AM)
PHP200.00 - Lost ticket/Damaged Card
2. There is a paid parking space around the area of Petron Gasoline Station (2-3 minutes away from Shore, right side of the tower)
Petron Gasoline Station Parking Rates:
1st 4 hours : PHP70.00
Succeeding: PHP10.00
Overnight Charged (12:01am - 6:00am): PHP100.00
Lost/Damage Card/Ticket: PHP300.00
# SECURITY DEPOSIT #
Please browse my gallery and look for Accommodation and House Rules images for further information. Note that Security Deposit will not be collected in cash and is not included in your booking payment confirmation. This will be handled by Airbnb accordingly.

Want to go to Mall of Asia? No problem! Just ride a shuttle going to MOA in front of Shore Residences and fare is just around 9 pesos. Or challenge yourself for a day! Walk from Shore to MOA for about 10-15 minutes only. Cool right?
