Nestled in Montserrat's rainforest-covered hills, with breathtaking views over the Caribbean Sea and a ten-minute walk to an often-deserted beach, this secluded hideaway is perfect for those seeking a restorative and utterly peaceful vacation.
Because it is west-facing, sunset cocktails on either of the 60ft balconies or pool deck are a must.

The house is situated in Montserrat's Woodland Beach area at the end of a private cul de sac, shared by only one other villa.
There is comfortable accommodation for two couples on the main level with two additional (rather basic) bedrooms, a sitting room and one small shower room on the lower level. (Contact me for downstairs rates if needed.) The two bathrooms on the upper floor are not ensuite but are immediately across the corridor from the bedrooms. The open plan living room and kitchen open onto the upper balcony which is effectively another living space.
The main bedroom has AC and there are ceiling fans throughout, as well as on the upper balcony.
The villa has a modern fully-equipped kitchen, a separate laundry, Internet on the upper floor, cable TV, a gas barbecue and a large totally private garden.
We are happy to provide advice for visitors via email in advance of their stay, and our on-island agent will provide all additional information or services needed.
Montserrat remains a Caribbean secret, quaintly reminiscent of the 1950s, a far cry from neighbouring Antigua. With so little tourism, and as Montserratians are unfailingly welcoming, visitors become part of island life. An active (but quiescent) volcano - an entirely safe distance away - makes for fascinating exploration, as do numerous guided forest treks.
Montserrat is a one-off; it grabs your heart and visitors invariably return.

We can arrange for some basic food items (e.g. bread, milk, butter) to be in the villa before you arrive, or you can stop at a grocery store on the way from the airport.
The villa is finished to a good standard and has a unique ambience. We hope that Sea Song's quirky charm and the beauty of the location will leave you with unforgettable memories.

The villa is secluded and quiet, with no passing traffic - the only sounds are the waves crashing on the beach below, bird song, the chirruping of the tree frogs and cicadas at night and the crowing of the occasional rooster. The large garden is surrounded by lush rainforest. Agoutis are often to be seen scuttling across the lawns and hummingbirds abound.
In season (August-November) you may be lucky enough to see turtles nesting or hatching on Woodlands Beach. The offshore reefs are teaming with life and can be explored by snorkel from the beach (or diving can be arranged).
