Recently completed new bedroom with en suite bathroom, above garage at rear of our 1872 terrace, renovated over 2017. Queen sized bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, WiFi, TV, tea making facilities, toiletries, towels, etc. Independent entry and exit through garage door with remote control. This is a quiet street in the middle of Sydney's buzzing restaurant, cafe and bar area. The room is not huge but our guests have found it cozy and comfortable.

This a quiet beautifully appointed space in a leafy garden literally 20 metres from all the action in Surry Hills . It is an awesome location ! The pictures featured were taken from our front gate and include The Clock Hotel, The Surry Hills Library, local cafe Cuckoo Galley (just on of 3 in our block) a grassy quadrangle where people just hangout and take advantage of the library"s free wifi. and Shannon reserve - a lovely inner city park for young and old that also hosts the twice monthly markets on a Saturday. At the bus stop on Crown St by the library, the 304 bus goes to the city centre, Opera House, Circular Quay etc. Other buses go to Bondi.

The bedroom and ensuite is your's exclusively. We will share the rear garden and garage access to Withers Lane. The BBQ and outdoor fire are not included. The garden provides a leafy quiet place for a cup of tea although too hot in the middle of the day.

Wardrobe space - limited. Two hanging hooks and 2 drawers. Undercover space for bags on your room's landing. The rear door access remote is $100 to replace if lost or broken. Hiscoes Fitness centre just 5 min walk will offer you free visits . Although there is not a lap top firendly work space in the room we are across the road from the library which supplies free wifi and a quiet space to work 7 days .
