This stunning half chalet for up to 8 is located up a quiet cul de sac in the old part of le Chinaillon ski resort, 6 km from Le Grand Bornand village. giving sweeping views out over the surrounding mountains & slopes thanks to the newly created wooden decked terrace with stunning 270 degree views!
It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus 2 toilets & large open plan living room with chimney.
On the ground flooryou have a cellar area with a washing machine, a sink and a large freezer + ample space to store skis or bikes depending on the season! You then have a bunk room/space next to which you have a double bedroom with washbasin & large closet. There is a walk-in shower with toilet just off from the double bedroom.
Upstairs you have the large open plan living room with fully fitted kitchen, lage dining table, leather sofa, chimney, TV, DVD player & a big bay window that leads onto the balcony & then wooden decked terrace which offers expansive views! In the kitchen you have a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blenders & all of the ordinary utensils one would expect.
Upstairs you have a bathroom, a separate toilet, a twin room with wash basin & then a larger double bedroom with king size bed (2 singles pulled together), wash basin & lovely balcony to enjoy the views!
You have 2 parking spaces outside the chalet. Internet can be provided on demand. All sheets and bath towels are supplied.
Cots and high chairs available on request.
