Historic cottage centrally located in downtown Saugatuck. Take an easy, flat walk to all downtown Saugatuck activities. Enjoy a meal at one of the fine or casual dining establishments, shop until you drop at the many boutiques, take in a live show at the SCA, stroll the boardwalk with an ice cream cone, or just relax and people watch. There is plenty to do for everyone!
Butler’s Landing is a quaint historic cottage with much charm and character. Beautiful wood flooring flows through the living room, den, kitchen, and formal dining room. Upstairs you’ll find two generous bedrooms as well as a full bathroom with shower.
The backyard is the real gem of this home. Screen porch with alfresco dining is the ideal place to relax any time of day and the hot tub will soothe your cares away. The yard is fenced in which is great if your pet is joining you.
Please note, the yard and BBQ grill are shared with Grey Cottage which is just next door.
