This apartment has in reality two bedrooms. We rent though the apartment as if it was a 1 bedroom place as the turistic licence only permits 2 adults. The second smaller bedroom remains locked with key and tenants have no access.

please remember that the tourist tax is not included in the total price charged by AIRBNB. This is a local tax that the Mallorcan goverment is forcing the owners to colleact and pay back to them. This tax is to be paid in cash on arrival and for season 2020 is 2 Euros per night per adult above 16 years for the first 8 nights and then 0,50 Euros per night per adult for the rest of the stay.

Port de Sóller charming natural bay and a popular village with picturesque shops and restaurants on the seafront. The old tram takes you to Sóller village and further to Palma. The street leading to the bay is car-free and is perfect for an enjoyable stroll; boats leave the port offering excursions to Sa Calobra and the Torrent de Pareis. Small supermarkets are at walking distance and you do not rely on a car realy.
