Located in the luxurious Pambula Beach Area, that is renowned for its pristine swimming beaches, incredible surf spots and all nestled within the National Park. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, master bathroom with a full sized bath, laundry, down stairs living area and outdoor area to enjoy. Enclosed by views, beaches that are minutes away, and Ben Boyd National Park in the back yard, the possibilities are endless.

The location is a perfect halfway point for travellers who need a break from commuting between Melbourne and Sydney, and only 3 hours from Canberra.

Your room will be exclusive to you only, however all guests can enjoy the relaxing spaces in the downstairs living area which has Ben Boyd National Park creeping in, along with the bathroom and the laundry which is shared with other guests. There is also an outdoor area has a BBQ and Deck Lounge that over looks Merimbula Bay, an outdoor dinning area and fire pit space.

Beaches are only a 4 minute walk from the property’s backyard. The property backs onto Ben Boyd National Park and from there guests can take a short stroll to Pambula Beach, Lions Beach and Pambula River Mouth.
From Pambula Beach you can walk north to Merimbula (6km) or walk a few hundred metres around the rocks to the Pambula River Mouth.
Pambula Villages is 4kms away, you’ll find organic food, health spas, cafes, antiques and much more.
Heading towards Merimbula is the Pambula/Merimbula Golf Club which has 27 holes and welcome visitors to play in their competition and social rounds.

I've been blessed to live in the Pambula Beach area for over 30 years and it gives me so much pleasure to share with you my awesome home and the wonderful aspects Pambula Beach has to offer and its surrounding areas. I love trekking, rock climbing, abseiling and mountaineering this gets me out and about in the world and feeds my passion for adventure and traveling. I really enjoy learning from different cultures, which intern makes life that must more adventurous. During these experiences I've been a guest in many parts of the world and thought it was about time to become a host myself. I love how it feels to be on holiday and understand how important it is to recharge through the holiday experience.
