Enjoy a stroll to the beach and town centre from this holiday property. Perfect for golfers, the area has over 30 golf clubs, and there are many other attractions nearby.. Ground Floor:
3 steps to the entrance.

Electric underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.. Small enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Discover this holiday home which sits in a quiet location, yet is still within walking distance of the sandy beach and town centre which are just over a mile away. Part of the owner’s home, this is the ideal getaway for two, with plenty to offer in the area. Perfect for a golfing holiday, St Andrews is the home of golf, with the Old Course being just over a mile away and over 30 golf clubs in the area. This medieval town has much more to offer with excellent shopping, art galleries, restaurants and museums. The beautiful Fife Coast has an abundance of both indoor and outdoor activities, and visitors do not need to travel far to find some of the best beaches in Scotland. Other places to visit include Perth, 30 miles, Edinburgh, 50 miles, and Glasgow, 70 miles. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
