FOUR SEASON LAKEFRONT SUITE- Perfect for a weekend retreat or longer stay on Lake Wah-wash-kesh. Bright, Walk out basement unit includes a separate bedroom, FULL bathroom, living area with satellite tv and screened in porch.
Kitchenette area-microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven, crockpot, hotplate, fridge & freezer, pots/dishes/cultery and BBQ. Camp style dishwashing!
There is an indoor sauna.
The covered deck has a 6 person hot tub for your exclusive use.

Kitchenette is perfect for small meal preparation There is no kitchen sink but camping style dishwashing. Dishware/paper plates etc. provided.
On septic system and well water ( drinkable)
NO AIR CONDITIONING- but overhead bedroom fan and cross ventilation keep the unit cool. The unit has in-floor heating with solar back up if there is a power outage.
NO INTERNET but Excellent Cellular reception and satellite tv
No pets. No Fireworks.
No cigarette, cigar, marijuana smoking or vaping in or near buildings
Private contained lower basement unit with exclusive use of hot tub and sauna. But may share access, with owners, to the naturally tiered lower dock and beach areas, canoes and kayaks.
The upper level may be occupied by owners but unit has its own entrance and lockable door between the units.
Docking space available for own boat
Other things to note: The access requires using outside steps. This area will be shoveled in the winter but snow does fall from the metal roof. A playpen is available upon request. Linens and towels provided. Propane for the BBQ will be provided. There is plenty of firewood for campfires.

It is a 3 hour drive from Toronto. It is on a 2 km private road that services 22 lots and is ploughed in the winter. The lot has 200 feet of frontage with a beach and 3 acres of trees surrounding the cottage. The lake is 8 km in length with 30 % crown shoreline, 2 canoe routes to Georgian Bay, and a water access golf course. It is a 5 minute boat ride from Camp Miakonda. The roads are great for mountain biking and walking. The wooded areas are great for snowshoe hikes. There are snowmobile trails in the area. The location is rural with the closest gas station and convenience store being 20 minute drive away. The closest full grocery store is 45 minute drive away in Parry Sound. There is a marina and public dock access.

Run at full throttle. My husband and I enjoy being active in all seasons. We have travelled a number of places but still have more to explore.
