This is a small double room. It is a very cosy, warm, nice clean room. The bed is a double bed. I don't do single. This is a very quiet house. There are no televisions in the bedrooms but there is Wi-Fi to connect to tablets and phones. I have locks on the doors for security and privacy. There is a kettle, tea and fresh coffee in the rooms. This is a no-shoe zone. All are welcome.

I moved to Seaford from London where I was born and bred but I always loved nature and the countryside. I have the best of both worlds as I also live 5 minutes away from the sea. London is also easy to access quickly directly from London as is Brighton and historic Lewes. I'm a quiet, easy going person who loves cycling, reading and walking the South Downs Way. I foster dogs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. I'm a woman-friendly house. This is because in my experience I come along a lot of women who walk alone often staying at hostels. I offer a home from home experience. I have travelled extensively and love meeting people from all over the world. I offer breakfast and meals for a small cost.
