Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
Approaching Eastbourne on the A22, you join a stretch of dual carriageway and pass signposts for Knockhatch Adventure Park. At the next large roundabout turn left onto the A27 signposted Eastbourne, Hastings and Bexhill. At the next roundabout turn right - signposts for Stone Cross, Westham and Eastbourne Industrial Estates. Cross over several roundabouts following the signs for Seafront and Sovereign Harbour. Approx 2 miles on at the Lottbridge roundabout turn into Lottbridge Drove - via filter lane. Cross over two roundabouts passing Staples and Tescos on your right. At the third roundabout - Sovereign Leisure Centre - take the last exit into Wartling Road and then turn immediately right into Groombridge Avenue. You will pass Penhurst Apartments on your right. Pass the entrance to the underground carpark and then bear right into the car park in front of the apartments. The parking space is for No. 3.
