In this difficult period we are keeping high level cleaning in the apartment. We are following the guidelines provided by Airbnb and we are maintaining a longer interval between reservations.
The apartment is located in a portion of the large house of my parents. It has its separate entrance and my guests will have their privacy.

Apartment of 50 sqm located in the green countryside between Siena and Grosseto, it is located in the wilderness "Val di Merse".
It has a large living room with kitchen in a rustic style, a large bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom with shower.
Will be available to you sheets, blankets and towels .
Cool in summer and warm in winter with a fireplace to complete the atmosphere.

The car is necessary.
The apartment is ground floor in the countryside so there is the possibility to find and see insects, for us it is a normal but it could not be like this for everyone.
In the main square of the village there is a café/grocery store (old fashion style, closed on Wednesdays) where you can find the necessary for your everyday shopping. All products are of high quality, recommend the really excellent cold cuts.
The COOP Supermarket is located in Monticiano, 13 Km from Iesa.

Iesa is a small "place outside the world" in the green countryside between Siena and Grosseto in the wilderness "Val di Merse".
It is 38 km away from siena, 30 minutes by car.
It is a tiny village in the midst of the wood, it's not on the sea and it's not in the city center :)
From Iesa you can easily reach areas such as the "Maremma" (where is the sea) and Area of Siena; Chianti, Crete Senesi and the Val d' Orcia are further away, an hour /an hour and half by car.
Summer's activity it is more vibrant while in winter everything seems to stop and fall asleep waiting for the spring.
So many people search this silence in their holidays and if you are looking for this Iesa will be an excellent place to stay.
If you want to stay in the village you can do beautiful walks in the woods and you can reach the Farma river.
In the afternoon will be very nice to have a drink in the little shop/bar in the main square in the genuine and very nice atmosphere (especially in spring and summer).

Mi piace fare delle lunghe passeggiate, meglio se in riva al mare, adoro il vintage, il design, lo stile innato delle persone e fare dei lunghi aperitivi in posti caratteristici dove si respira aria di libertà.
