Just 4 blocks to the pier and beach! Spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment located on Main Street above one of the shops in the downtown district of HB. The unit is walking distance from the beach, pier and Pacific City. Over 50 bars, restaurants and retail shops are within easy reach - so there's lots to do without the need for transportation. Very comfortable king sized bed and air mattress/couch for additional guests if needed. Such a fun neighborhood filled with good energy!

Although the apartment is the heart of downtown, it's actually very quiet and private. It's surrounded by commercial businesses (and above a beauty salon), so everything on the block is quiet by 10pm.
The living room and bedroom are both spacious and there's a full kitchen with all the basics for cooking.
We're right across the street from Triangle Park on Main St, so there's a nice area to walk pets very close by. There are also some great trees in the park are the perfect spacing for setting up a slack-line...let us know if you want to borrow ours, it's a great way to spend a sunny day in the park. :)
The TV is set up with an Amazon Firestick with Netflix as well as other apps for streaming movies and TV shows.

There is a private balcony off the bedroom, but other guests patios are right next door. Please do not make noise on back patios after 10pm out of respect for other guests.

Please know that although reasonable noise is expected, the apartment isn't appropriate for large groups, loud gatherings, excessive noise after 10pm.
'Normal' music/TV/talking even late at night is perfectly fine, but a group drinking and shouting on the patio will draw complaints from neighbors quickly. Please be respectful of our home and neighborhood. :)

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 17 yrs and Matt was born and raised here. HB is a special little city. A place where you feel instantly at home and comfortable. Not to mention tons of fun!

Me and my husband have lived in HB for 17 yrs together. He was born and raised here. I moved site unseen and fell in love with the city instantly. We both love going out to eat and spending time downtown. There are so many different restaurants to explore. We both love music, spending time with our dog, going to comedy shows and hanging out with friends. We are new to hosting Airbnb but are ready and excited for the challenge!

Matt and I live in the front apartment and are generally close by for anything you might need. We're happy to give suggestions about the area and love meeting new people, but the complex itself is very private and we like to give guests space, so if you're looking for a quite trip with little interaction that's easy to come by too. :)
