This BRAND NEW two bedrooms guest suite has separated entrance from the main house.
Everything is New !!
Don’t have full kitchen but basic cutlery, coffee, tea, bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle
Private outdoor dining area has BBQ you could use to cook.
Each bedroom has Queen Size bed with Quality branded Bed linens.
Living room has sofa bed for extra guests could sleep up to 6 people in total.
Large 50” smart TV gives you a couch potato option - YouTube, Netflix etc.

We are in Silverdale/Orewa Area, 30 mins drive from CBD, best stop over/ short stay for family for a little holidays :-)
Family welcome! Not suits for infants family, we don’t have baby facilities, Must inquiry before booking if you have under 2’
