Location. Location. Location. Welcome to our beautiful and charming Victorian carriage house! It's an 1880’s Victorian style brick carriage house, separate to the main house, located in the marvelous and highly sought-after West Highland’s neighborhood, in Northwest Denver. The neighborhood is perfectly situated just West of Downtown, and close to all major highways, which allows you to get to the mountains and or the airport in a mere 30 minutes.
There is a separate side gate entrance to access the carriage house, so you can feel free to come and go as you please. The space sleeps 4 guests comfortably with one queen pillow top Murphy bed and one queen memory foam Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa. There is also a wardrobe for you to keep your clothes. The full kitchen has double gas convection oven and stove, microwave oven, and all the necessary kitchen accouterments. This carriage house is cozy and fresh, with an urban/rustic feel appointed with live edge wood throughout. The bathroom is like a spa retreat with beautiful new custom shower and vanity. The living area has a 48-inch flat screen SMART TV, with ROKU. You have access to streaming cable and Netflix. The internet has Ethernet and WiFi for those of you who need to get some work done. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. And guests’ have access to a private patio, which is lovely to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, or nice dinner and wine in the evening.

You really can’t beat this location. The carriage house is its own private oasis- grill, private patio, table and chairs. And back door access to Highland Square, with a ton of quaint and artisan eateries, locally owned shops and family friendly happenings. All your culinary needs are within walking distance on West Highland’s 32nd Street (Pizzeria Locale, Pinche Taqueria, Sweet Cow Ice Cream, Trattoria Stella, and MORE!). Take your evening stroll through the historic streets of the highlands to end up at the neighborhood wine bar or coffee house. This neighborhood is one of Denver’s oldest and charming, with Victorian painted ladies, old bungalows and Denver squares- for the historic architectural buffs. There is a Denver B-Cycle station located just around the corner, so you can rent bikes when you want and ride to any of Denver’s attractions. Not only is this area packed with eateries, boutiques and markets, it is also safe and quiet.

There is access to public transportation one block nearby. Guests have access to free permitted street parking as well.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer travel insurance.

Scott Hemerda is a founding principal and owner of Denver Premier Vacation Rentals LLC (DenPVR), offering premier vacation rentals along the Front Range, including the greater Denver metropolitan area. DenPVR is an extension of Premier Vacation Rentals Group LLC (PVRG), which offers service in Durango, Purgatory, Durango Mountain Resort, and the surrounding area, as well as Ouray and Ridgway. Along with founders Keith Brant and Chris Bettin, Scott expanded the business to the Colorado Front Range in November 2015. Providing superior customer support, Scott goes above and beyond for owners and vacationers alike. As a native Coloradoan, Scott spent his childhood in Littleton, studied at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, and raised his family in Parker. His daily commute to downtown Denver led to a love of the city in addition to his established love of the surrounding suburbs and mountains. Scott worked in financial services as the Director of Institutional Relationships for 18 years at TIAA-CREF, where he managed relationships worth 20 billion in assets. In addition to leading the top performing relationship management team, Scott supported and retained clients through challenging service model and system changes all evidence of his superior relationship management skills. Scott married his high school sweetheart and they have three children. A lover of sports, he instilled the values of collaboration, teamwork, and good sportsmanship as a role model participating in softball and basketball and then as a coach for all of his children in their numerous activities. Scott grew up skiing and now enjoys hiking and exploring the mountains with his wife. Business trips, family vacations, and romantic getaways have cultivated his love and expertise on the needs of vacationers.
