An easy 30 mile drive to Niagara Falls in all it's glory and it's many attractions and Lewiston, boasting Artpark and several events and festivals through the year. Short distance to historic Lockport and Erie Canal Waterway. You can count on events in Lockport all the time. If you take a 45 min. drive south to Buffalo you can find a treasure chest of culture!

Our neighborhood is very safe. We have everything we need within walking distance. There is a pizza shop next door, shopping 2 buildings down, restaurants, bars, banks, and churches all within walking distance. Near-by (with-in 1 mile radius) are groceries, wineries, farmers market and U-Pick orchards. Only 3 miles to beautiful Lake Ontario and Olcott Harbor for fishing, swimming and picnics. During the summer months there is live music at the gazebo across the street on Wed. nights.
