The Iconic Florida Motel is a 50's Motel that has been lovingly updated with colorful Mid Century Flair! It is now Exclusively Airbnb, all 9 rooms can be seen on my profile! All original tile Baths and room design. No. 3 is larger, KING BED and bath w/shower. On the north end of the historic district its about 1.5 m to the plaza and 2m from the beach. Its a quick walk to the Old Jail, Fountain of Youth, as well as nearby shops and eateries. 2 bikes per room free!

This is the real deal! Small but beautiful 1950s sized rooms in an exquisite midcentury motorcourt. Each room has Keurig type coffee service, cable TV and Wifi, microwave and small fridge. Transportation to old town sites is easy with shuttles like Explore, Uber and the "Red Train" right across the street! We have real multi-speed bikes for cruising into town or to the beach on Vilano. Each guest has 1 dedicated parking space.

Welcome to Florida and "old" Florida at that! All of our properties are routinely treated for pests, but when the doors open they will come in...even if its only to live a very short while! Large flying roaches "Palmetto" bugs will occasionally fly in and will be dead by morning. Small gnats, mosquitos, and fruit flies will "magically" appear depending on the time of year and conditions outside, and they love open or unclean glasses of wine or pop so please do your part! If you are walking anywhere in town remember to use a mosquito repellant as well since we are a very "buggy" old town!
We are dog friendly! If you will be bringing a dog, please let us know when booking and please read our pet rules prior to making your booking with us.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking, no butts about it--you are welcome to smoke outside, but please use provided ashtrays and be considerate of other guests.

We're at the north end of town adjacent to a nice residential neighborhood and surrounded by many other larger hotels. There is a small business section with boutiques, a chocolatier and a popular coffee house.
