NEWLY REMODELED KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS Spring of 2021. 5 bed, 3 bath, 1930s home with air conditioners in most rooms. It is 3 stories and less than 800 steps from Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, quaint shops and delicious restaurants. Ogunquit Beach is a 20 min walk for adults and 30 for a family with children. All of the furniture, furnishing, mattresses, televisions, game station, bedding is completely new in 2018 as are 95% of the kitchen supplies.

This home accommodates 12 people comfortably, two in each bedroom and 2 people on a sofa bed in family room (there is a completely separate living room). Pictures of the kitchen and bathrooms are are not current as we are currently remodeling them for our 2021 summer guests. We have already installed a new water treatment systems and water heater to address one of the complaints by a guest about our well water.
Located on over an acre of wooded land, it allows our guests privacy and peace. A dog is welcome, with a deposit. We recommend flea and tick treatment before your pets arrive since there are wild critters in our area, including deer, turkey and foxes.
Yoga under the trees, a place to start writing your first screenplay, this would be your slice of heaven. If you want to walk down to the sea for a romantic dinner by the ocean, have a bottle of wine and not have to bother with parking your car or driving, you will love it here. If you would like to BBQ and sit on the patio with a few friends, you will love the rear slate social area.
There are two Smart TVs and internet available on site should you or children need a little separation time.
This house does, though, have a lot of stairs, both inside and outside of the house and may not suit everyone's lifestyle.

This property is available on a monthly basis during the months of October - May at a reduced rate. Reduction of rates is not generally offered during the summer months.

We are often living in the guest cottage across the driveway from the main big house and are as available as possible to be on the spot and help our guests as our reviews indicate. Additionally, we are available by phone or text.
