It is also walking distance to shops, restaurants, Del Mar Fair grounds, and public transportation including the train that runs up and down the coast of San Diego and all the way to LA.

With a living room that opens up to the kitchen guests can enjoy cooking while others relax on the couch or sit at the bar top. If you feel like grilling, we also have a BBQ on the private patio ready for you to use! Choose between dining on the patio or in the large dining room suitable for eight guests. A second living room allows for additional space to sprawl, while a half bathroom downstairs adds to the convenience of this property. Ocean views from two of the three guest rooms upstairs are sure to wow you. The spacious third bedroom has a walk in closet and separate bathroom. Parking is made extremely convenient with your own garage and additional parking spot directly in front of the home. A washer and dryer are available for your use in the garage as well.
