Casa Mulino is a 125 sqm large cottage and part of a 300-year-old watermill, originally used for olive oil production. It was completely restored 10 years ago. It has a large private pool 10x4m, located only 2.5km from the lovely beaches in San Lorenzo al Mare and the Italian Rivera. It has 2 bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with all modern equipment, many terraces and a 2500 sqm garden. The Mulino is our private cottage - but we love to share it with you.

The house is in 3 levels - you enter in the middle one and has beautiful exclusive original marple floors all over the house and in the garden. The house has a true authentic Italian rustic feel with open wooden constructions in the ceiling. There are balconies on all floor with access from all rooms.
There is no aircon but good fans in all rooms which does the job.
We have chosen not to put in a television nor WIFI. We do not use that a lot while we are on our Mediterranean retreats, but there is a well functioning data roaming coverage (4G) where you can easily access the internet for everything needed including streaming movies and music. We have like most people today phone subscriptions with free data roaming.
The garden behind the large pool has a wide range of mediterranean plants and flowers including olive trees, citrus, Salvia, Rosemary and much more.
Even though this is our private summerhouse, we have taken care of must of the stuff giving you a nice stay. We offer garden&pool service, cleaning, linens, blankets, pillows, bicycle and most other basic stuff you might need in a house.
But this is not a professional B&B, so you are on your own in terms of operating the house, including getting there, settle in and figure out how it all works. We of course provide you with a detailed instructions for all of it and you are always welcome to call us if something is unclear.

Casa Mulino is placed in what we believe is one of Italy's and maybe all Europes most perfect spots. Only 2,5 km from the mediterranean coast placed in a calm and preserved valley with only few other houses. You have the full Riviera just 5 mins away with all its small gothic old villages, beaches, restaurants, valleys etc. and only 45 km away you have France with everything the Cote d'Azure can offer. Also in the back drop you have within 1 hour dirve the world famous region Piemonte famous for their wines - Barolo, Barbera d'Alba and more. If you are here in the winter there are several large ski resorts just 1 hour away in the Alpes.
There are 3 other appartements in the house and there is a possibility that there are other habitants or guests in the other appartements while you are there.

My name is Lars, I am born in 1972 and live in Denmark. I work as a CEO for a Danish Digital Agency, live in the Northern Suburbs of Copenhagen with my wife Gitte and our two kids. My passions are music (I am a bass player), nature (I have 3 gardens), good food&Wine (especially mediteranian style).
