Really enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed. Not as remote as we expected, neighbours are quite close. Micheal was great and responded quick to any queries we had.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location, great space and very comfortable inside with the added bonus of a hot tub with a view over the fields! Great week with the family and lots to do in the area and not too far to York for a day trip. We would also recommend Brimham Rocks only…

Absolutely beautiful house. We were 8 adults and 2 kids.So much space for 10 of us. Lovely big rooms. House was sparkling when we arrived. So quick to respond when we needed to get in touch. Highly recommend this beautiful house...and the Wellington inn just down the road.

We had a pre wedding party and invited a lot of friends over, there was noise and loud music which bothered the neighbours but the host showed great patience

We booked this property last minute as the weather scuppered our camping plans, the property was lovely and clean, very easy to find thanks to the hosts directions and in a great location close to Harrogate and other local attractions!

This house could be lovely but as it stands it is rough around the edges and could do with some TLC. we found cleanliness to be an issue in particular there were many bees/wasps in the house, usually found dead on the floor!

Flooded house by pulling the value of radiator. Stated the heating would not work. We went round to find up stairs flooded, hence why the boiler was lossing pressure. Stole two pillows, and a knife from my knife set, also never reported the damages I would not recommend this…
