Located quiet at the end of a road on top of mountain with stunning view over the ocean, the Palamos harbor and the mountains. Ocean is much closer than most other houses in the area (1km) so no binoculars needed like many other listings!
Beach 5 minutes drive. Supermarket, butcher, fish store and bakery 3 min drive. Platja D'aro and Palamós with many restaurants, boulevard and boutique shops 10 min.

Outdoor: pool with terrace, cactus garden, many mature trees and private driveway with parking for 2 cars. More cars can be parked in the quiet street outside the house.

The place is professional cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh bedlinnen and towels will be available.
High-chair and baby cod are available. Please notify when renting.
There is a tourist tax of 0.9 euro per person per night for those > 16 yr. old. This is a separate charge that will need to be paid at the agents office during checkin.
Per local law copy of passport / ID will be required for each guest at time of checkin.
Pool is build on a mountain and has no fence. Close supervision with little children required.
Only renters with established Airbnb account and positive reviews will be considered.

More than 10 different beaches within 10 minutes’ drive, ranging from small almost private secluded coves to the larger beaches of Sant Antonio de Calonge and Platja D’Aro with boulevards and cafes, restaurants overlooking the beach. One special attraction are the coastal paths that wind along the cliff tops and where you can enjoy unbeatable views and the peace and quiet of views of the coastline.
One hour from the city of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Girona. 10 minutes from Platja de aro, the city with the largest range of leisure activities in the area.
The area is filled with numerous museums historical sites from prehistoric times to the middle ages. Throughout the year, in particular during July and August, several places, usually those with monuments or of special interest, offer excellent musical proposals.
