Our house is located in one of the nicest residential areas, with a beautiful view of Stuttgart! The train takes you to the city center in only 7 minutes, where plenty of options for activities are availbale!

Breathtaking view into Stuttgart and surrounding area. Pick-up and drop-off from and to closest U-/S-Bahn stop upon request.

Spacious rooms, as an added bonus our guests may use and enjoy the adjacent lounge / dining space. Please note that we provide a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, egg boiler, sandwich maker and water boiler (coffee and tea is provided as well as freshly baked home made cookies), but do NOT provide a kitchen. Dishesm glasses and silverware are also there for our guests to use (clean up and putting them away is greatly appreciated).
Free internet. We have a book swap box as well travel guides, maps to borrow and use. For rainy days or evening activities our vast assortments of games make the time fly.

We are a non-smoking household and greatly appreciate that our guests observe this. Please note that we can host up to 9 people, however after the 4 th person you would need to rent additional rooms. Send us your inquiry and we will calculated the price for you. Airbnb calculation does NOT reflect the cost for additional rooms. Pls. consider that in your calculation.
Since we have 2 cats, we cannot host guests with dogs I am a afraid.
We would also like to ask our guests when accessing our internet NOT to use filesharing or download anything that is illegal in Germany.
I offer breakfast upon request at an additional charge, please let me know before you arrive.
Since the house has an open floor plan, we appreciate that activities and conversations after 22:30 happen in the room(s) and not the open common area.
Please bring house shoes or slippers.

Quitet residential area. Shops and restaurants are within 15 mins walking distance...and on the way home from the train station.

Hello, we are a very diverse and open-minded family that loves to welcome guests from all over the world into our house! We have already hosted people from Paraguay, Hungary, US, England, France, Spain, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, China, Taiwan and many many more!!! When we travel we also like to stay in locals' homes to get a better feeling of the culture while traveling, so we like to give others the same opportunity! We are a family that with all family members combined speaks 6 languages! Our mom is very busy, but always finds the time to cook and bake delicious cookies! Our dad, is very hands-on and loves to interact with internationals. And 3 girls (Age 24-29), two of which are out of the house and come home sometimes on weekends, and the other who is very sweet and helpful! We all are animal-loving - we have 1 very friendly cat and also horses...not at the house though. Feel free to get immersed into the craziness of our family! Our motto: There is always something going on!
