Brand new, adorable, one bedroom apartment in the heart of the Uptown Marion historic district. Walk out your front door to great boutiques, pubs, sports bars, theatre, awesome cuisine, a library and park. Located in an arts, entertainment and culture district, all ages will have fun in this beauty. This apartment has all appliances, great bedding and a large bathroom. The extra large living room has a new sleeper futon sofa. Cable TV and a full kitchen allow to entertain in if you wish.

When you come to the "Uptown" district you can park your car for your entire stay. Right outside your front door is an Irish Pub called the Uptown Snug. It is located in a renovated historic building built in 1900 dedicated to civil war vets. On the other side of you is an excellent restaurant called Bistro 319. It offers exceptional food, fabulous wines and craft beers. Open breakfast, lunch and dinner. On 11th St. there are 5 boutiques...Insights, Di Moda, Joy, Scout and Daisy. Drop your husband off for daycare at the Irish Pub and go shopping. Also within 1 block is Ramsey's Wine Bar, Brick Alley Sports Bar, Urban Pie, Zoey's, Lillian's Boutique, Witt's End Coffee shop and much more. In between it all is the Uptown Artway, a unique little outdoor space to take a stroll through with large outdoor art and a stage. There is an amazing little community theatre "The Giving Tree". You cannot go wrong coming to "Uptown Marion"

My husband Paul and I live right next door on the top floor of Memorial Hall. Memorial Hall has been lovingly renovated and restored to its historic integrity as it was built in 1899-1900. The lower level is an Irish Pub called the “Uptown Snug”. You will definitely want to have a Manhattan Martini or a craft beer there. We are around the neighborhood, but will not bother you. We are always available by text or phone.
