- a comfortable queen size bed
- a sofa-couch (can be used as bed for a child or a smaller adult)
- fully equipped kitchen including fridge, stove top, microwave and toaster oven
- a bathroom with a jet tub to unwind after a day of exercise
- Wifi and Cable TV
- Linen and towels are also included
Plus you get to enjoy:
- the gigantic community sun deck right on the lake
- private lake and beach access
- game room with billiards and pinball for rainy days
- parking space
Note: you can also bring your kayak to explore Lake Winnisquam!

My husband and I are both German and relocated to the US about 5 years ago. We fell in love with New England and the Lakes Region in particular. It's such a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Boston (or any other bigger city). We both love a great meal paired with a delicious wine, enjoy spending most of our free time outdoors (hiking, kayaking, skiing), but also love a good book and quality time together.
