Our cozy property is on the water with ocean and pond views from the porch and sun deck, providing stunning sunrises and sunsets. You will have private ocean beach access and kayaks to use on the pond. The house has a full kitchen and there are excellent dining options nearby.

The house was built in 1913 and has a rustic feel to it. Some of the kitchen appliances are dated, but are in full-working order. Cable and wifi are provided.

We are always available by phone and have a knowledgeable home expert & handyman on standby should any problems arise. The side door of the house will be unlocked the morning you arrive. Keys will be hanging from a hook on the right side as you walk in.
