We have a beautiful home in a quiet location with views overlooking the River Crouch and Country Park, yards from the Quay with pubs, cafe's and yacht clubs for eating and drinking on the riverfront. We are renting a private double bedroom with en-suite. We have an additional single room/nursery with en-suite if required for a small extra charge. Plus use of a private TV room. Further accommodation on request.

The utility room can be used and houses a dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, picnic accessories.
A cot, highchair, stair gate and pushchair are available on request along with toys in the nursery.
Beautiful garden with lots of seating. Additional freezer and gas bbq on request.
We have a secure garage to store bicycles if you wish to bring your own.
An additional single bedroom is available on request for a small charge.

Burnham is a historic town renowned for yachting, walking, outdoor pursuits and its views overlooking the river. We live 3 minutes walk to the mile long quayside where there's pubs, cafe's and yacht clubs. 3 minutes to a children's playground, country park, yacht marina, museum and a Tesco.
There's a tourist information centre in the high street and a small market on Tuesday mornings.
There's a ferry which can be booked to visit the Wallasea Island RSPB wetlands.

We are a retired professional couple. He enjoys all sports with particular emphasis on utilising the river eg rowing/kayaking. She enjoys creative hobbies eg pottery/ painting.
