The Ashokan apartment is on the 3rd floor of the brand-new Phoenix residence, which is located in the heart of Tignes le Lac, just a short distance from the main snow front and major ski-lifts, tourist office, underground parking and ski schools.
A mini supermarket, a fine gourmet store, a wonderful bakery, restaurants and many other amenities are all within short walking distance. As well as the state of the art gym and aquatic centre of Tignes le Lac.
THE SPACE , EQUIPMENT - AMENITIES - SERVICES INCLUDED:
The apartment, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with high-end appliances, will immediately feel like a home away from home:
The living area has a large flat-screen smart TV and seating so you can always catch up on your favourite programmes. A bookshelf contains games, cards, and puzzles for children and adults, perfect for a relaxing family time in the evening
The kitchen has everything you need to cook…if you wish to! You can also decide to quietly relax in any of the three bedrooms. Note that the third bedroom is directly located off the living/dining room and separated by a curtain
Last, but certainly not least, you will certainly enjoy the magnificent and unobstructed views of the lake and chain of mountains, whether through the floor-to-ceiling windows or from the apartment’s-large balcony

*The second bedroom has two 90x160cm twin beds that can be combined into a 160x200 double bed
*The third bedroom has a trundle-bed with two 90x200cm twins

*The master bedroom includes a beautiful ensuite completed with a large shower unit and a sink
*In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a powder room (toilet and sink) and a full bathroom

The apartment comes with two ski lockers and boots warmers, located in the common ski room on the ground floor of the residence
