Located in the calmest part of the city centre, this place lets you reach the train station, airport shuttle, highway, shops, restaurants and the city park within a few minutes walk. The area is filled with modernist and secession architecture. Also, the apartment is partially furnished with hundred-year-old furniture. Its character is an eclectic mix of styles approaching comfort and functionality. There is a TV, but no antenna, so you can use it as a monitor for your laptop.

There is a bowl of fresh fruits and a selection of teas and coffees awaiting you in the kitchen. Also, some essentials in the fridge are always available to late-arriving travelers.

I have a lovely cat called Misha who makes the stay even more pleasant. It's a Siberian cat and this unique breed is the most hypoallergenic of all. Read more about him in the reviews from my guests. Unfortunately, he doesn't get along with animals as much as with people, so it's not recommended to come with other cats or dogs.

One of the most beautiful parks is just minutes away. Nearby Kosciuszki street is a great place for shopping and eating, so you might end up full even before getting to the main square. Best bakery in Kato, comic book shop or a vegetarian bistro... just to name a few. There's also a market with fresh vegetables and fruits in the summer on Plac Miarki. I'm not a swimmer, but I know there's a swimming pool nearby as well.
